| Mr. Waldman has more than 40 years of trial and appellate experience. A certified criminal and civil trial attorney, he has tried more than 100 criminal and civil jury trials and has argued numerous appeals in State and Federal courts. Mr. Waldman has also served two terms on the Township Council in West Orange, and has engaged in extensive representation of municipalities and government officials in civil litigation. As a member of the Planning Board for five years, and Special Counsel to the West Orange Zoning Board, Mr. Waldman also has wide experience representing parties in land use matters. His practice also includes commercial litigation. |
