Jeffery T. Kampf

Jeffrey T. Kampf, of counsel to the Firm, has been certified by the State of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. His practice focuses on civil litigation. He has represented clients in a variety of areas, including personal injury, product liability, contract disputes, construction litigation and collections. He has tried cases in the New Jersey Superior Court, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey as well as in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York. He has appeared before the Appellate Divisions in both New York and New Jersey.

Prior to joining JW, Jeff was managing partner for the law firm of Jay and Kampf, LLC, representing a wide range of clients, including Zab Judah, the former Junior Welterweight Boxing Champion of the World. Jeff had previously been associated with the law firm of Nagel, Rice, Dreifuss and Mazie and the law firm of Lum, Drasco and Positan. Before starting in private practice, he clerked for the Honorable Burrell Ives Humphreys, Assignment Judge for Hudson County. He is a Cum Laude graduate of Seton Hall University Law School and has his B.S. from American University. While at Seton Hall, he was an Editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal.

For the last 17 years, Jeff has been on the Board of Managers for CancerCare of New Jersey (www.cancercare.org). CancerCare is a non-profit agency that provides professional support services to individuals, families, caregivers, and the bereaved to help them better cope with and manage the emotional and practical challenges arising from cancer.
Jeff is a member of the New Jersey and New York State Bars. He is an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice.
