Larry Simon practices in both New Jersey and New York. He handles significant personal injury cases including automobile, trucking, and motorcycle negligence, nursing home neglect, and premises liability cases. Larry also practices estate litigation, administration and planning, including preparation of special needs trusts.
Larry is a member of the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice ('AAJ"), Newsletter Editor for the AAJ Motor Vehicle Section and Special Projects Officer for the AAJ Interstate Trucking Litigation Group. He has previously served as the Chair 01 the AAJ Small Firm and Sole Practitioner Section and the AAJ section Leaders Council. Larry is an active member 01 the New Jersey Association for Justice and serves on its Board 01 Governors.
Larry is also a Trustee 01 the Bergen County bar Association and a member of the New York state Trial Lawyers Association. |
