A native of Berkeley Heights, Vinhal was admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars in 2001 and concentrates his practice in the litigation of personal injury matters involving automobile negligence, products liability and construction site negligence, employment matters, and municipal court defense. Prior to joining the Javerbaum firm, Mr. Vinhal was an associate with Warren, NJ-based DiFrancesco, Bateman, Coley, Yospin, Kunzman, Davis & Lehrer, PC.

Mr. Vinhal is committed to pro bono work and volunteers his time to the New Jersey State Bar Association's Mass Disaster Response Program. The program provides broad legal assistance to disaster victims and their families, including information on how to find available assistance and resources, how the legal system works with respect to individual needs, and how to find a lawyer and address legal issues in a variety of areas.
