Saul G. Gruber, Esquire is a trial attorney and counsel at Javerbaum Wurgaft. He concentrates his practice in representing victims of nursing home and other long term care facility negligence and abuse. Attorney Gruber is friendly and helpful, delivering personal and compassionate legal services that respond to the needs of his clients. Dealing with legal problems can be a difficult time, particularly when they involve emotional issues, such as the injuries of loved ones as a result of nursing home abuse or neglect. Mr. Gruber goes beyond the scope of his duty and works to counsel clients through the challenging situation they are facing. He is a member of the Board of Governors and Executive Board of the New Jersey Association for Justice as well as a member of the Leaders Forum of the American Association for Justice. He serves as a PAC trustee of both the NJAJ PAC and AAJ PAC. Saul is a member of the executive board of the Nursing Home Litigation Group of AAJ and is past Chair of the Small Firm Section of AAJ.

As an attorney dedicated to the protection of the elderly and victims of nursing home injustice, Mr. Gruber is a member of the Consumer Voice and a frequent lecturer on these topics for NJAJ, AAJ, ICLE, and various other community relation groups. Since 2007, he has earned recognition as a SuperLawyer, a designation based on peer review and a high level of professional achievements. In addition, he has achieved status as one of the “Top 100 lawyers” in New Jersey by the National Trial Lawyers Association. Saul has been invited to speak on the topic of Nursing Home Neglect by State Trial lawyer Associations in New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Kentucky, and Washington. He has also authored an article on Pressure Ulcers in the TRIAL magazine. He presently resides in South Jersey with his wife, three children, and two dogs.
