Joshua J. Koodray is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Koodray clerked for the Honorable Robert J. Mega, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County, Law Division, where he drafted bench memoranda, opinions, and judicial orders. During his clerkship, Mr. Koodray worked on a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including complex commercial and construction matters docketed in the Complex Business Litigation Program, as well as actions in lieu of prerogative writs.
A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Koodray was a Riccio Scholarship recipient and member of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board. At Seton Hall Law, he completed externships at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, and served as a student attorney representing underserved individuals pursuant to Rule 1:21-3(b) in the Center for Social Justice’s Family Law Clinic.
Mr. Koodray received a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Political Science from Seton Hall University in 2012.
