Neel Bhuta

Mr. Bhuta graduated from New York University in 2007 with a BA in History and Economics, and he graduated from UCLA School of Law in 2011.

From 2012 to 2022, Mr. Bhuta worked at the Locks Law Firm. Mr. Bhuta is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Before joining Javerbaum Wurgraft, Mr. Bhuta worked as counsel for an alternative energy market-maker.

Mr. Bhuta is active in the community. He is a past Young Lawyer Trustee of the Camden County Bar Association. He is also a former Board Member of the Camden County Bar Foundation. Mr. Bhuta is also a past Chairman of the Product Liability and Mass Tort section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Currently, Mr. Bhuta is a Board Member of The Rail Park in Philadelphia.

Mr. Bhuta has handled complex litigation in products liability, toxic torts, class actions, employment discrimination, nursing home, and medical malpractice.
