Peter M. Draper
Mr. Draper is an associate attorney with nearly ten years experience in civil litigation, including employment law and personal injury matters. He has represented plaintiffs in a variety of employment-related matters, including pregnancy discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination, disability discrimination, sexual harassment claims, whistle blower actions, and wage and hour violations. Additionally, Mr. Draper has successfully represented injured clients who sustained severe and permanent personal injury as a result of motor vehicle, fall-down accidents, and dog bite incidents, and negotiated favorable settlements on their behalf. He also possess significant defense background of both employment and personal injury claims.
Mr. Draper earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Georgian Court University in 2008 where he majored in History and was a member of the History Honor’s Society. In 2012, he graduated from Widener University School of Law where he served as a Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Society, and was awarded the Order of the Barrister’s Award for excellence in courtroom advocacy.
