Robert D. Faccone

Robert Faccone joined JaverbaumWurgaft in 2011. Admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1981, he has over 30 years of experience as a litigation attorney. Mr. Faccone has litigated numerous cases in the New Jersey Superior Court, the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey, and has appeared in the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court.

Mr. Faccone began his legal career serving as a judicial clerk for the Honorable William Wichmann in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Thereafter he was an associate with the Law Firm of Carton, Nary, Witt & Arvanitis, at the time the largest law firm in Monmouth County. Prior to joining the Javerbaum firm, Mr. Faccone was a partner and founding member of Carton and Faccone in Avon, New Jersey where his practice included personal injury litigation, wrongful death and title 59 claims, and civil rights matters. He conducted and supervised all phases of civil litigation including pretrial discovery, motions, depositions, and jury and non-jury trials. He is a former Assistant County Counsel and First Assistant County Counsel of the County of Monmouth and counsel to the West Long Branch Zoning Board.
