Samuel J. Vacchiano

Samuel J. Vacchiano is of Counsel with Javerbaum Wurgaft and has been practicing law for over thirty years. He practices in the fields of automobile crashes, slip and fall, liquor liability, product liability and all serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. Mr. Vacchiano always demonstrates a very high level of skill in handling complex cases. He has been very successful in numerous jury trials in the Superior Court of New Jersey and very successful in arbitrations and mediations. He recently obtained a verdict in the Top 100 for the entire state. Mr. Vacchiano provides aggressive representation for his clients throughout New Jersey.
Mr. Vacchiano is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey. He graduated from Fordham University and Rutgers University Law School. Sam had the high honor of achieving academic excellence and was selected for the Law Review by Rutgers. Mr. Vacchiano was recently admitted to a Masters program at Georgetown University in Washington D.C., a top tier school.
Prior to his college years, Sam was a paratrooper in the elite highly renowned 82nd Airborne Division of the United States Army. Sam volunteers in his local community and is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and is also a professional member of the Brain Injury Alliance of New Jersey. He also has a Distinguished rating from Martindale Hubble.
