Meredith provides an invaluable combination of land use, environmental consulting, insurance and litigation to provide an inside knowledge and a fresh, balanced perspective to Clients. For nearly 20 years, Meredith has been guiding clients through the intricacies of land use development, procuring insurance, litigating and settling claims, risk management and resolving environmental issues from the consultant, legal and insurance broker perspectives.

Meredith has extensive experience in leading private owners and development teams through the land use application and approval process. Meredith is a commissioner and past Chairwoman for the Morristown Zoning Board of Adjustment providing a perspective to clients from that of the Board as well as the Applicant. Servicing law firms, insurance brokers and carriers, environmental service companies, real estate developers, property and business owners and operators, manufacturers, privately and publicly held companies, lending institutions, investors, and individuals, Meredith has developed a unique set of skills. Meredith provides an invaluable combination of land use, environmental consulting, insurance and litigation to provide an inside knowledge and a fresh, balanced perspective to corporate Clients.

Meredith began her career in environmental consulting performing hundreds of due diligence assessments, compliance audits and remedial investigations and cleanups. Following law school, Meredith litigated environmental and insurance complex claims and represented private and public entities in redevelopment and development projects and private owners across the State. Meredith entered the insurance realm and managed a division for an international insurance broker placing property, casualty and pollution policies for contractors, consultants, industrial clients and parties to real estate transactions. Meredith received her Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Denver and her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall Law. Meredith is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
