Mr. Moskowitz focuses his employment law practice on disability, discrimination, harassment and whistleblower claims, as well as cases involving the Family and Medical Leave Act. He also handles restrictive covenant matters as well as commercial and personal injury litigation cases.

Mr. Moskowitz was named one of New Jersey’s Super Lawyers for the years 2012 through 2019 in the Employment & Labor category. From 2007 to 2010, he was a Rising Star in the Employment & Labor category. Mr. Moskowitz is a frequent contributor to the New Jersey Law Journal and other publications. He has served as a Co-Chair for the Employment Law Section of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ). He is a member of the Executive Board of Directors for the National Employment Lawyers of America-New Jersey (NELA-NJ) for the 2017-19 term.

Mr. Moskowitz is a graduate of Duke University and attended the Fordham University School of Law, where he graduated in the top 25% of his class.
