Carlos Sanchez

Carlos has represented tens of thousands of people and businesses as a transactions attorney, primarily in the areas of residential and commercial real estate. He and his team also represent a variety of individuals, investors, trusts, family offices, special purpose entities and various companies as outside general counsel. From a single-family house to a 20+ story building, the Sanchez team has provided counsel to buyers and sellers for over 30 years to acquire, sell, finance, tenant, short sell, collateralize and divest all property types. Prior to coming to Javerbaum, Carlos was a Managing Member of his own law firm and before that he was a Partner at the firm or Lindabury McCormick Estabrook and Cooper, PC.
