Eric Dakhari

Eric is an experienced trial attorney and dedicates his entire practice to representing clients in personal injury, medical malpractice, trucking crash, and police misconduct cases, including a special focus on nursing home negligence.
Eric earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School – Newark. He is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and the New Jersey State Bar Association. He has lectured at dozens of seminars on nursing home negligence, police misconduct, and litigation tactics.
Eric is also served in the United States Air Force for the 363rd Supply Squadron at Shaw Air Force Base in Sumter South Carolina. During that time, he deployed for Operation Desert Storm in support of the 363rd Tactical Fighter Wing and F16 Fighting Falcon aircraft.
He represents clients in state and federal court.
