Eric Dakhari is a dedicated and results‑driven trial attorney who represents individuals and families when they need strong advocacy the most. He focuses his entire practice on personal injury, medical malpractice, trucking crashes, police misconduct, and nursing home negligence—cases where clients are often facing life‑altering harm and deserve justice, accountability, and a powerful voice in the legal system.
Eric is known for his meticulous preparation, strategic approach, and ability to stand up to hospitals, corporations, insurance companies, and government entities. He has developed a strong reputation in nursing home negligence litigation, where he works to expose systemic failures and give a voice to vulnerable seniors who cannot speak for themselves.
Before beginning his legal career, Eric worked as a software developer, a background that gives him a unique advantage in litigation. His technical training allows him to analyze digital evidence, electronic medical records, data logs, and complex documentation with precision—skills that often uncover critical details others overlook. This analytical mindset complements his trial advocacy and enhances his ability to build strong, evidence‑driven cases.
Eric earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School–Newark and is an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is frequently invited to lecture at seminars across the state, where he teaches other attorneys about nursing home negligence, police misconduct, and trial strategy. His peers look to him as a resource; his clients value him as a steadfast advocate who understands what is at stake.
Eric also served in the United States Air Force with the 363rd Supply Squadron at Shaw Air Force Base in Sumter, South Carolina. He deployed in support of Operation Desert Storm, providing essential logistical support to the 363rd Tactical Fighter Wing and its F‑16 Fighting Falcons. His military service instilled discipline, precision, and an unwavering commitment to those he serves—qualities he brings to every case and every client.
Eric represents clients in both New Jersey state and federal courts. Whether negotiating a settlement or presenting a case before a jury, he is driven by one goal: securing the best possible outcome for those whose lives have been disrupted by negligence or wrongdoing.
