Lauren B. Jones
Associate Attorney
Lauren B. Jones is a dedicated attorney licensed to practice in New Jersey, specializing in personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. Her commitment to advocating for individuals affected by negligence and carelessness underscores her professional focus.
Ms. Jones is an active and influential member of several legal organizations, including the Union County Bar Association (UCBA), New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ), New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA), and Garden State Bar Association (GSBA). Her leadership roles reflect her commitment to the legal community: she serves as the Young Lawyer Trustee for the UCBA, is a member of the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers Division of the NJSBA, and holds positions as Co-Chair of both the New Lawyers Section of NJAJ and the Young Lawyers Division of GSBA.
Ms. Jones earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2018. During her time at Seton Hall, she contributed significantly as a student attorney in the Center for Social Justice’s Equal Justice Clinic and served as Vice-President of the Black Law Students Association.
Following her graduation, Ms. Jones clerked for the Honorable James Hely, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County, Law Division, where she gained extensive experience in the Family and Civil Parts. Her work in the Civil Part primarily involved personal injury cases, which solidified her dedication to advocating for victims. Additionally, Ms. Jones achieved certification as a Court Mediator, handling mediations for small claims matters.
Ms. Jones holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from St. John’s University, Queens, New York, which she obtained in 2015.
