Nancy Moemen
Associate Attorney
Nancy F. Moemen is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department where she concentrates on complex commercial litigation, construction law and contract law. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas Daniel McCloskey, J.S.C. for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General Equity Part, Middlesex Vicinage.
While in Law School at the Seton Hall University School of Law, she served as an editor for the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. She also participated in the Housing Justice & Legal Design Clinic. While in Law School, Nancy was a law clerk at the firm Piro, Zinna, Cifelli, Paris & Genitempo.
Ms. Moemen received a B.A. in Political Science from Drew University in 2017.
