ROBERT S. LIPSCHITZ is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in real property valuation. His practice focuses on governmental acquisition of real property, tax appeals, roadway access disputes, litigation under the New Jersey Relocation Assistance Act, and environmental remediation of properties impacted by governmental acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lipschitz was a member of a mid-sized Hudson County firm where he handled hundreds of condemnation cases on behalf of governmental entities, including the replacement of the Landing Road Bridge in Roxbury and the creation of the Pompton Valley Rail Trail in Morris and Passaic Counties.
