Thailary Zommer

Thailary Zommer is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on injury litigation, including premises liability, automobile accidents, and workers’ compensation matters. She has been licensed to practice law in New York since 2007 and in New Jersey since 2017.
Thailary earned her Juris Doctor from Pace Law School. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to advocating for individuals harmed by hazardous conditions, defective products, and workplace injuries. Her diverse experience allows her to provide comprehensive legal services tailored to meet each client’s needs.
Before joining Javerbaum Wurgaft, Thailary practiced at several prominent New York and New Jersey law firms, where she built a reputation for her diligent and compassionate representation in complex personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.

She also remains closely connected to the Cambodian community in the Bronx and Brooklyn, attending cultural events and sharing her heritage with her two young children.
