Transitioning to Adult Services – Presented by Lisa M. Parles, Esq.
Audience: Parents of children 14 and up
Changes in the DDD. When to apply, Medicaid, Community Care Waiver, Funding Residential & Day Services, Transfer to Department of Children & Families.
