1. Real Estate Land Use and Zoning Attorney (Union, NJ office)
Focus on Land Use, Zoning, and Real Estate law, representing a diverse clientele including property owners, developers, and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on zoning, planning, and land use matters.
- Obtain zoning changes, special permits, variances, and tax abatements.
- Manage site plan approvals, redevelopment, and related legal documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Land Use, Zoning, and Real Estate law.
- Knowledge of New Jersey State, city, and local land use and zoning regulations.
- NJ Bar admission required.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000, with the final determination based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications and years of experience. Compensation may also include discretionary performance bonuses and/or origination commissions.

2. Plaintiff Medical Malpractice Attorney (New York City office)
Represent clients in plaintiff-side medical malpractice and nursing home abuse cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle medical malpractice and nursing home abuse claims.
- Advise clients and manage all aspects of litigation from investigation through resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in plaintiff-side medical malpractice law.
- NY Bar admission required.

Manage and litigate a high-volume personal injury caseload across diverse accident types.

- Manage litigation from investigation through settlement or trial.
