Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins, P.C., is pleased to announce that Simone Sebastian has joined the Firm as Associate Attorney in its Real Estate Department in the Firm’s Union, NJ office. Ms. Sebastian handles land use, zoning, real estate transactions and related litigation.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Sebastian served as a senior associate at a mid-sized firm based in Morris County representing secured creditors in litigation throughout the states of New Jersey and New York.
Ms. Sebastian has previously served as a legal intern to the Honorable Victor J. Ashrafi (Ret.) in the Somerset vicinage civil division.
She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
She earned her B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Rutgers University in 2006 and her J.D. from Widener University – Delaware Law School in 2009.
