Javerbaum Wurgaft is pleased to announce that the Law Offices of Carlos Sanchez, Esq., of Cranford, NJ, has joined the Firm effective November 1, 2025. The group will be resident in Javerbaum Wurgaft’s Springfield, NJ office.
Sanchez Law represents homeowners, private businesses, commercial investors, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit organizations in residential real estate, commercial real estate, and general business matters.

Carlos Sanchez, Partner – With over twenty-five years of real estate and commercial transactional experience, Mr. Sanchez helps individuals and business owners realize their ambitions, be it home ownership or starting a business. He obtained his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and is admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey. He is fluent in Spanish.
Nohemy Zabala Sotelo, Associate Attorney – Ms. Sotelo represents clients in residential and commercial real estate matters and in trusts and estates. She attended New York Law School where she earned her law degree with honors and received certification in Real Estate Studies. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude from Drew University and interned at the United States District Court of New Jersey and at the Superior Court of New Jersey. Ms. Sotelo currently serves as vice-chair of the Morristown Housing Authority and is fluent in Spanish.
