Javerbaum Wurgaft Shareholder, Scott Sinins, recently settled a claim for $1,000,000 on behalf of a client arising from the negligent operation of an ambulance. The ambulance struck our client as she was walking across a parking lot. Unfortunately, as a result, she sustained permanent injuries. Scott is pleased to have helped bring closure for a lovely client who suffered due to the carelessness of the ambulance driver.
