Brian Isen

Of Counsel

Brian began his legal career as an associate in the Philadelphia office of Wolf Block LLP and later joined the Atlantic City Office of Fox Rothschild LLP where he was a member of the Real Estate and Financial Restructuring departments.
He has significant experience advising borrowers and lenders in the work-out and restructuring of loans. Brian has also represented developers, sellers, purchasers, landlords, tenants, and lenders on the sale, acquisition, leasing of real estate, and related financing of commercial and residential properties.

Brian was “of counsel” to Kraemer Burns P.A. before becoming “of counsel” at Javerbaum Wurgaft. Brian is a partner in a New Jersey-based land acquisition and development company.
