Gabriela Sosa-Sanchez
Associate Attorney
Gabriela M. Sosa-Sanchez is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is an associate attorney to Francisco Rodriguez, Esq. and Christina Ctorides, Esq., both of whom have developed a specialty in Medical Malpractice. Gabriela developed a passion for medical malpractice after having volunteered as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) during the Pandemic.
Gabriela graduated Law School from Rutgers University – Camden and served as an SBA representative all three years, elected as University Senator in their third year. They were also a member of the Journal of Law and Religion for two years. Gabriela served as a student attorney in the Immigration Clinic and as treasurer of the Association for Public Interest Law.
After receiving their Juris Doctor from Rutgers, Gabriela clerked for the Honorable Richard Wischusen, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County, Law Division, working in Criminal Part. During their time in Union County Gabriela also became a Certified Court Mediator, conducting mediations for small claims matters.
Gabriela received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and minor in Anthropology at Rutgers University – New Brunswick in 2019.

Aside from Medical Malpractice, Gabriela is also passionate about helping those with alcohol and drug abuse disorders, and helping prevent suicide in New Jersey. They have volunteered with several organizations that help these communities. Gabriela also volunteers with different organizations who help feed, clothe, and educate the houseless community.
In their spare time Gabriela serves on the board of a small music company out of Baltimore, Share Your Soul, LLC. You can find Gabriela at networking events affiliated with the Hispanic Bar Association, the Young Lawyer’s branch of the Union County BAR Association, and training with the Union County Inns of Court.
