Mr. Rizika concentrates his practice in the areas of Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Malpractice and Municipal Court Litigation.
He is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana with a BA in History and a BS in Management and obtained his law degree from the Syracuse University College of Law.
He has been an active member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the largest trial lawyer organization in the country, and the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ), New Jersey’s largest trial lawyer organization, for over twenty years. He is on the Board of Governors of NJAJ, where he has been the co-chair of the Auto Committee for several years. He is also the past chair of the Motor Vehicle Collision, Highway, and Premises Liability Section of AAJ, as well as the past vice chair of the Discovery Abuse Committee of AAJs Interstate Trucking Litigation Group.
Mr. Rizika also serves as an arbitrator for the Law Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Essex County and has served as a private arbitrator on numerous motor vehicle matters.
The majority of his practice is devoted to Automobile, Truck and Bus litigation, as well as Premises Liability cases and he has been a frequent lecturer and moderator over the years on many topics relating to the everyday practice of personal injury law.
Mr. Rizika has been named as a Super Lawyer in New Jersey Monthly Magazine in the area of Plaintiff’s Personal Injury each year since 2009, a distinction shared by only 5% of the lawyers in the State of New Jersey.
