Ken has been practicing law since 1970 and, along with his former associates at Marcus & Levy, has handled tens of thousands of personal injury cases including wrongful deaths, automobile accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, etc. His clients have received hundreds of millions of dollars in awards and settlements.

Ken is passionate in his belief that each and every client deserves the maximum amount of money damages that he or she is entitled to. He fights hard every day to make that reality happen.

Ken received his Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor Law Degrees from the University of Arkansas. He then earned his LL.M in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Ken is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States District Court for the State of New Jersey, the United States Tax Court, and all New Jersey State Courts.
