Nicholas Torres

Nick has been serving clients in Hudson, Essex, Union, Bergen and surrounding Counties since his admission to the bar in 1994. He has extensive experience handling complex personal injury and worker’s compensation matters from initial consultation through trial. Nick has represented thousands of accident victims, recovering millions of dollars on their behalf. Nick began his legal carrier as an associate and then partner at the Ginarte firm, where he practiced for twelve years. He then became a founding partner of the law firm of Hernandez Torres and Biggiani, where he practiced for the next eight years. In 2015, he formed his own law firm, Nicholas M. Torres, LLC., where he continued his representation of accident victims. In 2025, Nick merged his practice with the Javerbaum firm as of counsel.

Nick is the son of Cuban immigrants, and is proud to have served the Latino community and individuals of diverse backgrounds injured in accidents throughout his legal career. His practice has been built on providing high quality legal representation, with personal attention to his clients. He has a proven track record of successfully taking on large corporations and insurance companies.

Nick is a graduate Seton Hall University and Brooklyn Law School. Nick and his staff are fluent in Spanish.
