Patricia Rosenberg
Of Counsel
Patricia E. Rosenberg represents investors, landlords and developers of commercial multi-family residential and industrial properties. She serves developers as general counsel, working on projects from the inception of a deal, negotiating acquisitions and acquisition financing, working with title agencies and surveyors to clear title and resolve related issues, and drafting and negotiating contracts.
Significant projects have involved urban renewal entities, and Ms. Rosenberg works with the appropriate agencies to draft agreements and fulfill the requirements of redevelopment law.
Following acquisition, Pat Rosenberg is often involved in construction financing, working with developers and lenders to close sometimes complex financing transactions. She then follows through with contractor issues, loan compliance, and similar matters that may arise during construction.
If the property is being developed as a condominium, Ms. Rosenberg prepares condominium documents for registration with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.
Upon completion of construction, Pat Rosenberg represents the developer in selling or leasing the property.
Pat Rosenberg also represents owners of shopping centers, industrial properties, and apartment complexes, assisting with acquisitions, leasing, expansions, sales of property, and similar matters that arise in the course of owning and managing these properties.
