S. Kyle Scheibner

After spending a decade in the construction industry, Kyle attended Rutgers law school in Camden on a partial merit scholarship. At Rutgers he served as student president of the New Jersey Association for Justice and as the student liaison of the Healthcare Society. Kyle found a passion for advocating for injured victims while clerking for the Honorable James Den-Uyl in the Ocean County Civil Division, where he also acted as a mediator in the Special Civil Division. As an attorney he has argued motions in Burlington, Camden, Middlesex, Gloucester, Ocean, Atlantic, and Cumberland counties; and has tried both premises liability and motor vehicle collision cases to jury verdict.

Kyle joined Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins as an Associate Attorney in 2025, where he continues to serve New Jersey focusing on personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, mass torts and class actions in our Voorhees, NJ, location.
