Eric G. Kahn, Managing Partner of Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins, PC, has been elected National Board Representative for the Northern New Jersey Chapter of The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a national invitational only organization of experienced trial lawyers and judges consisting of approximately 7,500 members – equally balanced between plaintiff and defense lawyers – in all 50 states.
Mr. Kahn was President of the North Jersey Chapter for the years 2019 to 2021.
ABOTA and its members are dedicated to the preservation of the right to a civil jury trial provided by the U.S. Constitution.
Mr. Kahn’s personal injury practice includes representing victims of sexual abuse, motor vehicle, truck and bus accidents, construction site accidents, medical malpractice cases, claims against public entities, and claims brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
