Javerbaum Wurgaft Partner Heidi R. Weintraub filed a lawsuit last week against Randolph High School on behalf of a student with autism who tried to kill himself because of years of unchecked bullying. The harassment included classmates’ posts on social media urging the student to kill himself and a video on SnapChat where he was duped into making sexual comments.
