Javerbaum Wurgaft is pleased to announce that Arianna Mouré has joined the Firm as Of Counsel
Ms. Mouré is an experienced labor and employment attorney who focuses on advocating for employees in workplace disputes. She represents individuals in claims against their employers, including cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and breaches of employment contracts.
In addition to litigation, Ms. Mouré provides strategic counsel to employees navigating complex workplace situations, such as negotiating employment and severance agreements, addressing workplace discrimination, and resolving disputes over restrictive covenants.
Ms. Mouré also has experience litigating employment and commercial matters, including business torts and contract disputes, which provides her with a comprehensive perspective on workplace and employment issues.
She is also a court-certified mediator with native fluency in Spanish.
Ms. Mouré received her B.A. from Rutgers University and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
