Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins, P.C., is pleased to announce that Brittany Hanley has joined the Firm as an Associate in its Springfield, NJ office focusing on personal injury matters including motor vehicle crashes, sexual abuse, medical malpractice, slip-and-fall and trip-and-fall, nursing home abuse-and-neglect, construction site workplace injuries, and trucking/bus accidents in New Jersey.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Hanley worked as an attorney for an Elizabeth, NJ firm drafting motions, and handling arbitrations for motor vehicle and premises liability cases. Additionally, she gained experience drafting motions and conducting legal research regarding personal injury and workers’ compensation issues for a Middletown, NJ law firm.
She earned her J.D. from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2017 and received her B.A. in Criminal Justice and Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany in 2013.
Ms. Hanley is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
