David L. Wikstrom, to lecture for 7th straight year on legal malpractice and ethics

Javerbaum Wurgaft Partner, David L. Wikstrom, has been asked by NJ Institute on Continuing Legal Education (“NJ ICLE”) to present a lecture entitled “Avoiding Legal Malpractice” for the seventh straight year.  The lecture, which will be presented in February, April and May at three separate locations, focuses on common pitfalls and mistakes attorneys make  and how to avoid the same.  Mr. Wikstrom will again present the lecture along with Pat Minter, Esq. and Chris Rawding.  Mr. Wikstrom has also been asked to conduct a lecture entitled “The Top 20 Ways to Get Disbarred, Suspended or Reprimanded”.  This lecture, also presented by NJ ICLE, will be a webinar broadcasted in December 2014.
