Javerbaum Wurgaft Attorney Zachary M. Green has been named a Trustee of the Burlington County Bar Association. The appointment was made during the Installation of Officers and Trustees Dinner held at The Madison in Riverside, NJ, on June 6, 2024.
Mr. Green has dedicated his legal practice to pursing fair treatment and justice for injured people and their families in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He believes in being a forceful advocate to protect the rights of individuals who have been seriously injured.
He has successfully litigated cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, motor vehicle accidents, and slip and fall accidents. He also has substantial experience in class action and mass tort litigation.
Mr. Green attended Rutgers Law School on a full merit scholarship earned the highest score on the writing section of the Pennsylvania Bar Examination. During law school, Mr. Green completed a judicial externship with Justice Lee A. Solomon at the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Mr. Green is a member of the Camden County Bar Association, Burlington County Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and the New Jersey Association for Justice.
