Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins, PC, is pleased to announce the addition of McKenna S. Clearie as an Associate Attorney in its Voorhees, New Jersey office.
Ms. Clearie handles employment law matters, including those on behalf of employees who have been subjected to unlawful treatment by their employers, such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliatory discharge based upon race, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, and other protected categories. She also handles Conscientious Employee Protection Act (whistleblower) cases.
Ms. Clearie received a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University in 2021 and a Juris Doctorate from Widener University Delaware Law School 2024. She then clerked for the Honorable Rosalba L. Comas, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County, Law Division, working in the Family Part.
She is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey.
