As Partner and Chair of the Firm’s Real Estate and Development Department, Steve and his team represent property owners, developers, contractors, businesses and individuals in a wide variety of zoning, planning and land use matters. The team obtains zoning changes, special permits, variances, and tax abatements including site plan approval, variances and redevelopment. The practice includes the representation of commercial real estate clients in acquisitions, financing and leasing.
