The Firm’s client was the victim of lewd comments, sexual gestures, inappropriate touching and gender discrimination by her bosses. The Company failed to protect her from the sexual harassment after she complained and then retaliated against her by firing her. Her injuries included Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as a result of the unlawful harassment and the Company’s failure to remediate the hostile environment as required by law.
