Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins, PC, is pleased to announce that Rosner Law Offices, P.C., in Vineland, NJ, will join the Firm effective October 1, 2023. The merger brings three attorneys and six staff members to the Firm.
Dan Rosner, founder of Rosner Law Offices P.C., will join the Firm as a Partner.

Mr. Rosner was President of the New Jersey Association for Justice 2015-2016. The Rosner firm has been in practice for 40 years and has secured over $200 million in settlements and verdicts. His commitment to advocating for plaintiffs’ rights has earned the respect and trust of his peers in the legal community.
Mr. Rosner has been included on the list titled “Top-Rated Personal Injury Attorney” by Super Lawyers every year since 2008.
Additionally, he is certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, an honor and distinction that only two percent of practicing attorneys in the state achieve.
Mr. Rosner has made legal history at various points in his career. In 2005, he served as lead counsel in Serrano v. Serrano, in which the Supreme Court of New Jersey handed down a landmark decision benefiting victims of automobile accidents. He has appeared as an amicus before the Supreme Court of New Jersey on behalf of the NJAJ and the New Jersey State Bar Association on several cases. Mr. Rosner also won the largest jury verdict ever awarded in Cumberland County for a slip-and-fall injury.
