Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins, P.C., is pleased to announce that Alex J. Fajardo has joined the Firm as an Associate Attorney in its Voorhees office focusing on nursing and medical malpractice litigation with emphasis on wrongful death, catastrophic injury, negligence, and abuse claims arising in hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, assisted-living facilities, and care homes.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Fajardo focused on nursing home litigation, handling plaintiffs’ legal claims through all phases of litigation. He also gained experience in personal injury litigation, managing both trial-level and appellate-level cases.
On November 1, 2023, Mr. Fajardo will be installed as President-Elect of The Hispanic Bar Association. His prior roles within the association include Trustee, Finance Director, and Treasurer.
Mr. Fajardo is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the Federal District Court for New Jersey.
